If payment has already been taken for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.

  • If we are unable to contact you, the order will be cancelled and refunded

Payment for your order (including delivery charges) will be taken once your order has been processed for dispatch.

Discount codes

Delivery

Shipping is handled directly by BAINE BEAUTY.

Delivery times provided are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside of our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or external events.

Returns & refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we only accept returns on products that are:

  • Unused
  • Unopened
  • With seals fully intact
