Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Baine Beauty but if not returns can be made up to 14 days after you have received your order.

For hygiene and safety reasons, returns are only accepted if the product seal remains intact. If a product has been opened, used, or the seal has been broken, we are unable to accept a return.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
