ORDERS & SHIPPING

When will my order be shipped?

We ship orders Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm (excluding weekends and UK Bank Holidays.

Orders are usually processed within 48 hours, after which they’re handed over to our trusted delivery partners.

Please note: once your parcel is with the courier, any delays are unfortunately outside of our control, especially during busy periods.

How can I track my order?

Easy! Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

If anything looks off, just drop us an email at contact@bainebeauty.com and we’ll happily help.

Do you offer free shipping?

We run free shipping promotions on all orders £35 and over. Any other offers will  clearly shown at checkout or announced on our website and social channels.

 

🔄 RETURNS & ISSUES

Returns:

To keep things fair (and hygienic 💕), we can only accept returns on items that are completely unused.

That means:

  • The product must be unopened
  • All seals must be intact on the outside of the packaging
  • The item should be exactly as it arrived to you

If a product has been opened, used, or the seal has been broken, we won’t be able to offer a refund. 


My item arrived damaged, what should I do?

Oh no, we’re really sorry about that!

Please email contact@bainebeauty.com within 14 days of receiving your order, including:

• Your order number

• A clear photo of the damage

Our team will take care of it as quickly as possible 💖

I received the wrong item, help!

Oops! If you’ve received an incorrect item, email us at contact@bainebeauty.com with:

• Your order number

• A photo of what you received

We’ll get it sorted for you straight away.

How do I make a return?

If you’d like to request a return, please contact us at contact@bainebeauty.com within the eligible time frame and we’ll guide you through the next steps.

How long do I have to return my item?

We offer a 14-day refund policy. From the day your order is placed, you have 14 days to request a return.

Yes, all of our products are cruelty-free and vegan.

We never test on animals, and this is something we care deeply about. Kindness and ethical choices are non-negotiable for us.
